Yeasin Monju is a Social Development Activist, Learning & Development Trainer & Facilitator. As a development practitioner with over 24 years of experience, Yeasin Monju was founder of MAISHA NGO currently works as the COO of E-Advantage Group and Chairman of SPDEB NGO. He has worked with a number of NGOs and Private Sector in the past. Presently He also provides independent consultancy services for personal & Local NGOs.

As regards his qualification and experience with over 24 years of professional experience in managing diverse development projects mostly with NGOs around Chittagong division. Most of those projects demanded conceptualization through situation analysis, Advocacy Campaign, Project planning (both operational/strategic), Training, Staff & Organization development, Community Engagement and Participation, Maintain communication & Coordination, HR management, Financial management, M&E supports, Documentation & reporting to the management and partners/donors. Besides He has Vast Experience on thematic areas involved Child Protection & Rights specially Child Safeguarding & PSEA Issue, Prevent Violence Extremism (PVE ), Social Cohesion & Peach Building, Citizen Charter, Social Audit, Community Score Card, Good Governance, Anti- Corruption, Anti-terrorism, LGSP, Disability, Reflect, Migration & Development, Public Health, SRHR, ECD, Community Empowerment, Education, Disability, Social Enterprise Development, Life Skills, Human Rights, Youth & Volunteer Development , Gender based Violence & Women Empowerment. To groom himself, he had 50+ attended a lot of training sessions conducted by different national and international organizations.
